People such as Gary Cooper, William Randolph Hearst and Clark Gable who purchased Desenbergs during the 1920s and 1930s could afford to own the best. The automobile they drove was just that. The Duesenberg has been described as the world's most potent production car and America’s most uncompromising prestige car. Unquestionably, the Duesenberg Model J introduced in late 1928, set new standards in automotive performance and luxury.
This model shows the luxury and uniqueness of this beautiful car. The scale is 1:24 and comes with a display case to keep it dust free. This car also comes with a Franklin Mint Certification of Authenticity, a description of the Tourster Car, a breakdown of the Engine Compartment Layout and 4 colored back drop scenes that can be placed at the back of the display case.
Details of the model car:
• This is a two-tone car with the colors of Burgundy with Tan Fenders
• The wheels are spoked white walls with rubber tires that move
• All four doors open and close
• The engine hood opens on both sides showing the engine
• On the bottom, you will see how the mechanics of the car worked
• It has a removeable bonnet
• The first windshield has windshield wipers
• Inside of the car is a steering wheel, gear shifter and leather seats – all in black
• This car comes with a black stand that can be attached to the bottom of the car to lift it up from the front of back of the car
• Display Case is provided with a black base
• Original Documentation that came with the car when purchased
• Size of the car is 9.75 inches in length
• Condition is Excellent – in Like New Condition, no known issues
Hallmarks are found on the bottom of the car marking that it is a Franklin Mint Collectible and the manufactured date of 1987

What are my shipping Charges?
Currently, all Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge. **International folks, unfortunately I do need to charge a shipping fee of $25.00 to help offset my costs... apologies for that!! Any charges over $25.00, I will incur.
Does this shop do Layaway or Payment Plans?
Yes, we do Layaway and Payment Plans. If you are interested in a payment plan for any item in my shop, please reach out to me and I'll work with you to set up a plan that works for you. I'll make every effort to make sure that you are able to get the item that you love!
Can you make me a Reduced Price Offer on an item?
Yes! REASONABLE offers are welcome and seriously considered.
How are RETURNS Handled?
If you chose to return an item, please reach out to me so that I know that the item is being returned and I can be sure to look for it in my future mail. Most items will be refunded fully. The EXCEPTION is if you have a ring resized. Unfortunately, I am forced to minus the cost of the ring sizing from the total amount that it was purchased for. Sizing costs can range from $25 to $50 dollars dependent on the ring size difference and whether the base metal of the ring is silver or gold. The most common cost to me is $35.00 for most rings. The remainder of the amount of the item will be refunded to you just as soon as I receive the item back.
