The following is what repairs were done to the pendant:
• The clear sapphire crystal that was on the front of the cross was removed
• A new crystal that was hand cut into the design of the cross was made
• The Cross Pendant was buffed, cleaned and polished
• The floating diamonds were cleaned and put back into the center of the Cross
• The Crystal was glued back down onto the front of the Cross using a clear epoxy resin glue
• Cross was set to allow the epoxy to cure
• On the back of the pendant, it was found a few small cracks existed in the crystal, but they don’t go all the way through the Crystal, it is not a break; These cracks were filled in with the epoxy resin and then set to cure; this repair should be fine because of its location and that it has been glued together and filled in; However, “CARE” is requested when handling the Cross, wearing it should not be an issue.
This completes the repair work for the pendant and it is now beautiful! If something else happens to the pendant or it needs additional repair work, please reach out to me, Carlos says he would be happy to do the work for you. As he states it, “The Pendant is stable now”. So, I’m really confident that the pendant is going to be fine.

What are my shipping Charges?
Currently, all Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge. **International folks, unfortunately I do need to charge a shipping fee of $25.00 to help offset my costs... apologies for that!! Any charges over $25.00, I will incur.
Does this shop do Layaway or Payment Plans?
Yes, we do Layaway and Payment Plans. If you are interested in a payment plan for any item in my shop, please reach out to me and I'll work with you to set up a plan that works for you. I'll make every effort to make sure that you are able to get the item that you love!
Can you make me a Reduced Price Offer on an item?
Yes! REASONABLE offers are welcome and seriously considered.
How are RETURNS Handled?
If you chose to return an item, please reach out to me so that I know that the item is being returned and I can be sure to look for it in my future mail. Most items will be refunded fully. The EXCEPTION is if you have a ring resized. Unfortunately, I am forced to minus the cost of the ring sizing from the total amount that it was purchased for. Sizing costs can range from $25 to $50 dollars dependent on the ring size difference and whether the base metal of the ring is silver or gold. The most common cost to me is $35.00 for most rings. The remainder of the amount of the item will be refunded to you just as soon as I receive the item back.
