This is a beautiful Tapestry Purse Set or Petite Point Purse Set. This set has 4 matching items that work very nicely together. Perfect for a night out on the town and even for a quick errand run.
PURSE:
The purse is from the company Hilliard and Hanson. It was purchased in France, but not made in France. It has a wonderful Gun Metal Frame and a lovely decorative Gun Metal Chatelaine Chain that measures approximately 20 inches. It has a snap kiss clasp and the inside of the purse is black silk with a pocket. Size is as follows:
5 1/8" tall without counting the height of the clasp
7 1/2" wide at its widest point
about 1/4" thick when the purse is empty.
Strap drop: 10" or 20” in total
COIN PURSE:
The Coin Purse has a gold color frame with some etched design work and a kiss clasp. It too has a black inside that is made of nylon and cotton. The tapestry design matches the larger purse beautifully, but the back of the coin purse is all black. It is a very nice match. Size info is as follows:
4” tall without counting the height of the clasp
4 ¾” wide at its widest point
About 1/4” thick when the purse is empty
COMPACT:
This is a beautiful Zip-Up Compact that has the same tapestry design at the two purses. It is in great condition and is believed to be a bit older than the other two purses. Inside the compact is a mirror, a powder puff and a powder screen. It looks to have never been used. The actual compact inside appears to be made of some sort of celluloid that is only visible around the edges. Size is as follows:
Compact measures 3 3/8” in diameter
Thickness is 5/8” of an inch
COMB AND CASE:
The comb case is a perfect match to the compact as well as the purses. This is a fold over comb case that also has a long mirror. The inside of the case is a red silk and there is a slot to hold the tortoise color comb and the mirror is glued to the other side. Simply fold the case together and slide it into your purse. Size is as follows:
The length of the case if 4 5/8”
Width of the case is 2”
Thickness is ¼ of an inch
This is a beautiful tapestry set that is a married set and some pieces are older than others, however all have the same minimal wear and is super condition. PLEASE NOTE: When putting the coin purse in the purse, I found it fit the best when folded and there should be plenty of room for your cell phone as well.

What are my shipping Charges?
Currently, all Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge. **International folks, unfortunately I do need to charge a shipping fee of $20.00 to help offset my costs... apologies for that!! Any charges over $20.00, I will incur.
Does this shop do Layaway or Payment Plans?
Yes, we do Layaway and Payment Plans. If you are interested in a payment plan for any item in my shop, please reach out to me and I'll work with you to set up a plan that works for you. I'll make every effort to make sure that you are able to get the item that you love!
Can you make me a Reduced Price Offer on an item?
Yes! REASONABLE offers are welcome and seriously considered.
How are RETURNS Handled?
If you chose to return an item, please reach out to me so that I know that the item is being returned and I can be sure to look for it in my future mail. Most items will be refunded fully. The EXCEPTION is if you have a ring resized. Unfortunately, I am forced to minus the cost of the ring sizing from the total amount that it was purchased for. Sizing costs can range from $25 to $50 dollars dependent on the ring size difference and whether the base metal of the ring is silver or gold. The most common cost to me is $35.00 for most rings. The remainder of the amount of the item will be refunded to you just as soon as I receive the item back.
