When I saw this turtle desk set, I just had to have it!! It is a Heavy Brass Bejeweled Turtle with a Baby Turtle on its back acting as a handle. The turtle’s shell is a hinged cover. Inside the Turtle, there is a Turtle letter opener and Turtle Magnifying Glass. So Fun!!
This wonderful desk set is not only functional but also highly collectible! It is meant to be displayed on a desk-top, hiding the Turtle magnifying glass and the turtle letter opener inside. It can be used as a trinket box or a paperweight. It is an item that is meant to be displayed and enjoyed!
• It weighs almost one and a half pounds.
• It has a magnetic closure.
• It is adorned with golden topaz-colored jewels.
• The inside of the largest turtle has a black flocked velvet material that insures the safe keeping of the two smaller turtle pieces
• The hinged lid of the large turtle is held shut with a magnet.
• The Large turtle and little turtle on its back are a total of 3" high, 5 1/2" long and 3 1/8" wide.
• The little magnifying glass turtle inside is 1/2" high and 2 1/2" long and 1 5/8" wide with the magnifying glass in the center.
• The letter opener turtle inside is 2 1/2" long including the letter opener.
• It is in Excellent Condition with a very beautiful bright brass luster… Looks like New!! Love this Turtle Set! I believe this set was put out by the Bombay Company in 1973.

What are my shipping Charges?
Currently, all Domestic orders will be shipped free of charge. **International folks, unfortunately I do need to charge a shipping fee of $20.00 to help offset my costs... apologies for that!! Any charges over $20.00, I will incur.
Does this shop do Layaway or Payment Plans?
Yes, we do Layaway and Payment Plans. If you are interested in a payment plan for any item in my shop, please reach out to me and I'll work with you to set up a plan that works for you. I'll make every effort to make sure that you are able to get the item that you love!
Can you make me a Reduced Price Offer on an item?
Yes! REASONABLE offers are welcome and seriously considered.
How are RETURNS Handled?
If you chose to return an item, please reach out to me so that I know that the item is being returned and I can be sure to look for it in my future mail. Most items will be refunded fully. The EXCEPTION is if you have a ring resized. Unfortunately, I am forced to minus the cost of the ring sizing from the total amount that it was purchased for. Sizing costs can range from $25 to $50 dollars dependent on the ring size difference and whether the base metal of the ring is silver or gold. The most common cost to me is $35.00 for most rings. The remainder of the amount of the item will be refunded to you just as soon as I receive the item back.
